Laws are Changing, Plan Your LED Retrofits Today!

Lutron will stop selling fluorescent dimming ballasts at the end of 2023. In response to LEDs becoming the standard for luminaires, recently Canada and some US states have begun to enact laws that ban fluorescent lamps. Now is the time to replace your fluorescent ballasts and lamps with an LED upgrade.

Several U.S. states have banned or restricted the sale of fluorescent lamps. Additional states, and Canada, are planning to do the same. As these laws impact both supply and demand, it will become increasingly difficult to maintain your fluorescent lighting. Lutron will stop selling fluorescent dimming ballasts by the end of 2023.
