Emerson Smart LED Group Lighting Controls Enhance Sustainability

End-to-End Appleton Solution Optimizes, Monitors and Analyzes Energy Performance of Groups of Connected LED Luminaires by Leveraging Emerson Plantweb Insight Platform

Emerson is driving digital transformation by reimagining industrial lighting with the launch of Appleton™ Group Lighting Controls built upon the IoT-ready Appleton Mercmaster™ Connect LED luminaire, Appleton’s portfolio of dimmable LED luminaires, and the Emerson Plantweb™ Insight platform. This next generation solution aids plant operators in optimizing, monitoring, and analyzing their facility’s lighting performance for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, while gaining visibility for lower energy consumption, maximized product life and improved operational sustainability.

Appleton Group Lighting Controls offer the flexibility of operating either as a standalone or integrated solution. In standalone, a Mercmaster Connect LED and up 10 Appleton dimmable LED luminaires are daisy-chained to share the advanced capabilities of the one Mercmaster Connect LED luminaire. As an integrated solution, the connected luminaires are combined with Emerson WirelessHART™ technology and its Plantweb Insight Connected Lighting Application to assist customers in meeting their ESG goals.
