Last issue I approached e biz from a Manufacturer's point of view in my article "Do's and Don'ts - Why a Manufacturer's "e" Strategy Fails". and heard from some Distributors with - What about us? We're an important part of the mix! emails.
Well, I wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment. That article was
aimed at what Manufacturers can to right now. Having said that, in my
opinion the Distributor is and will remain a crucial part of the
selling/buying equation going forward.
