2018 is Here! It’s a New Year!

The new year has arrived, and if you’re like me and thousands of others, the 2018 planning season is in full swing. It’s amazing how many personal resolutions are set with good intent to follow though, only to see many resolutions broken and discarded. Business planning is always difficult and detailed with budgeting, forecasting, tactical and strategic goals being set.

During my career in the Electrical Industry, the most critical planning decisions have been choosing those companies to partner with, given goals, strategies, and relationships within the organizations. I have always believed in the power of personal relationships because of the inherent trust and quality of the bonds.
