When it comes to Contractors, there is so much focus placed on the
actual buy that sometimes I think sellers completely miss the larger
point. That point is that the 5 P's: Proper Preparation Prevents Poor
Performance - are too often ignored. Athletes train for months for a few
moments in the arena. Speakers put hours of rehearsal into delivering a
15 minute speech. Racers tune and retune their engines seeking
perfection for their relatively short time on the track. But too often
salesmen wing it. Not the good ones of course, but I fear the majority.
