AFC Cable Systems has expanded their MC Luminary Cable™ product family to include MC Luminary HCF™ and MC Luminary MultiZone™.
MC Luminary MultiZone™ is one cable that contains all the power and control conductors under one armor! One multi-zone cable can replace up to three traditional luminary cables or three power and three control cables.
MC Luminary HCF™ is the healthcare version of AFC's standard MC Luminary Cable™ with the addition of the redundant ground required for NEC 517.13. Both the armor and the full sized aluminum ground/bonding conductor in combination with the full sized green insulated copper grounding conductor act as the equipment grounding means per NEC 250.0118(10)(b).
