Kellems Wire Mesh Grips

Depend on Kellems grips for strength, durability and quality when it is most needed. Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems offers a full line of grips to support every application.
Support grips are designed to support vertical runs of cable installed on buildings, towers, mine shafts, elevator wells, rocket gantries, excavations, poles and other structures. They support the dead weight of cable and remove all longitudinal strain on conductors. They absorb flexure and vibration, prevent pullouts, electrical accident and power failures. They are available in four eye styles: single, double, universal and offset and in tin coated bronze, stainless steel and non-metallic aramid fiber.
Strain relief grips are used to control longitudinal pull on the cable and prevent terminal pull-out which might injure personnel and cause expensive downtime and loss of production. These grips are ideal when bending, flexing or vibration require additional protection against the cable pulling out at the point of termination. Kellems’ multi-weave grip gives cable arc-of-bend control minimizing cable damage and extending cable life. A liquid-tight fitting is available with both cable and conduit fittings, preventing liquids from running through the fitting into the enclosure.
Pulling grips are designed to serve as a reusable tool for pulling cable, rope or bare conductor. They are used to pull cable through conduit in underground networks or to string bare conductor, aluminum or cooper, in overhead line construction. Flexible or rotating eyes will mate easily with line stringing swivels for attachment to pulling lines and they have great strength for trouble free pulling jobs. There is a Kellems pulling grip available for every pulling job.
Drawing on over 100 years as an industry leader, Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems is dedicated to providing the highest quality products. Think Safety – think Hubbell.
