Portable LED Lighting for Class I, Division 1 Areas
Emerson expands its LED product portfolio to include the Appleton™ EHLED Explosionproof Handlamp. Rated for use in Class I, Division 1, Groups C and D applications, this portable LED handlamp is rated for 120 Vac, 50/60 Hz. UL Listed and CSA Certified (cULus) for use in the harshest atmospheres, it is manufactured with a high-impact, chemical resistant handle and a non-sparking copper free aluminum guard.
For easy temporary lighting, the guard is equipped with a swivel hook for hanging; at just 20” x 4.88” (length x diameter) maneuvering it around is easy. The 9 Watt LED bulb provides 800 lumens of light output.
Weighing only 1.8 kg (4.0 lbs) it is ideal for persons requiring task specific portable lighting. It can be ordered with a 50 foot, 14-3 SOOW cord with a hazardous location rated plug or without the cord and plug. Replacement part options include either the glass globe and guard assembly (with a tool kit) or an LED bulb (with a tool kit).
