OSHA Compliant Hole Covers
Arlington’s non-metallic hole cover kits offer the fastest way to cover a hole – and ensure compliance with OSHA Standard 1910.28 (b) (3) (i) (A) on a multi-story building site.
Available in two sizes, covers are rated for a 250 lb load and tested at four times the rated load.
The smaller HC1742 cover fits a 1-3/4" to 4-1/4" hole while the
HC1762 fits a 1-3/4" to 6-1/4” opening. Retaining clips and a reference scale allow for precise sizing to the hole diameter.
Installation is quick and easy. Using the reference scale attach the retaining clips to the cover with the supplied screws. Push the assembled cover into the hole and adjust the fit by moving one of the retaining clips slightly in or out.
When necessary, remove cover from the hole with a flat blade screwdriver.
Kits include (1) Hole Cover, (3) retaining clips and (3) #10 x 1/2" screws.
