EMERYVILLE, Calif., November 9, 2023 - Alloy LED, a leading designer and manufacturer of premium quality LED tape lights, is pleased to announce the launch of the Suspan 1 Gen 2 collection featuring a pendant luminaire and the next generation of suspended Suspan 1 tape light channels. Featuring high-quality aluminum construction with precision-cut end caps and recessed hex screws, the products provide a clean, modern look for commercial environments.

At only 1.42 inches wide and 1 ½ inches in height, the Suspan 1 Gen 2 Pendant luminaire boasts an exclusive and powerful light engine providing up to 648 lumens per foot while consuming 9.3 watts per foot. The thermally balanced design provides maximum cooling and exceptional performance.
The lightweight pendant is offered in custom lengths available in 1-inch increments (minimum of 24 inches). The 24-volt fixture is offered in a choice of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4200K and 5000K color temperatures with 93+ color rendering index and high R9 and R13 values. The UL Listed fixture features 10-foot field-cuttable cables and is powered by a canopy kit that conceals bulky power cords for a contemporary look.
The Suspan 1 Gen 2 Channels, featuring the same miniature housing size, are offered in 4- and 7-foot kits that include one aluminum channel with a pre-installed lens, a two-pair pack of precision-cut end caps with screws, and a ceiling mount kit. The channels can be paired with Alloy LED’s 29 compatible tape lights — including Wet Location rated tape lights for both indoor and outdoor installations — or other compatible tape lights. Optional accessories are also available including a straight connector for joining two channels for continuous runs and a canopy kit to eliminate bulky power cords.
