Facilities are very interested in slowing the rise of their utility bills by the use of sub-metering. The electric utility bill is one of the largest payments that a facility makes every month. No other such large payment goes unverified by the management. Facility managers can verify the utility bill and also verify the savings from energy conservation projects with sub-metering.
