Hubbell’s New Load:Logic® Room Controller Improves Load Control
Hubbell Wiring Device helps building owners improve building load control and management with its new Load:Logic® Room Controller solution.

The Load:Logic® Room Controller interfaces with occupancy sensors, smart switches, and dimmers through plug in RJ45 connectors.  This room controller lets the user create a rich selection of customized atmospheres with dimmers, preset lighting levels, daylighting harvesting, and more.  As a result of flexible and precise control, energy efficiency is improved, reducing operating costs and monthly utility bills.

By recognizing connected devices the controller configures them to the most energy-efficient mode available, optimizes control sequences to create a simple way to meet energy codes and standards.  If a customized setup is desired, connected devices can be configured and managed through a free app and Bluetooth technology for efficient control of any space.

The Load:Logic® Room Controller can take control well beyond lighting control to other vital building systems including automatic receptacle control, HVAC and AV integration solutions.

“Everything required for efficient control of a space can be found with Load:Logic® Room Controller,” says Felix Omar Perez, product manager at Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems.  “Building occupants can enjoy enhanced levels of space customization while building owners can meet the latest energy codes and standards.”
