T&B® Fittings Non-Metallic Expansion/Deflection Couplings from Thomas & Betts (T&B), developed for polyvinylchloride (PVC) systems, now are compatible with fiberglass raceway, also known as reinforced thermosetting resin conduit (RTRC), when bonded with methacrylate adhesive. Their flexible connections resist moisture ingress and stress caused by movement at structural joints.
Elastimold® Small-Vault Switchgear
Elastimold® Small-Vault Switchgear from Thomas & Betts (T&B) improves safety via operation outside of power-distribution vaults with an insulated fiberglass pole (hot stick). It is constructed of solid dielectric ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, which is free of oil and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) for low-maintenance operation and reliability in submersible applications.
