This question was posed the other day and it got me thinking about the
hundreds of little, seemingly meaningless ways we can improve both
ourselves and our businesses by thinking small. Recently, I bought a new
car and was pleased that the brand I'd been buying had decided to bring
back the tiny sun glass case that flips down behind the rear view
mirror. It was eliminated from my last car, but now it's back. "You
wouldn't believe how many complaints we got when they took it away."
Said the salesman. Really. Something that simple?
