AMAXX® Customized Power Distribution
The AMAXX enclosure system allows you to create a custom power distribution center by mixing and matching receptacles, switches and overprotection devices to meet different plant standards. Now you can incorporate switch-rated receptacles into our AMAXX system with ArcArrest. ArcArrest 30A switch-rated plugs and receptacles function as a line-of-sight disconnect in branch and motor circuits. With silver-nickel contact tips and dead-front shutter construction, devices safely disconnect portable equipment—protecting operators from arc flash and contact with live electrical components.
As part of our AMAXX offering, ArcArrest is Listed under UL 2682 for use in switch-rated applications. Like MENNEKES Switched and Interlocked Receptacles, units are OSHA LO/TO compliant for safety. AMAXX is available in five sizes of UL Listed, NEMA 4Xht enclosures and can greatly reduce time and cost to assemble and install your power distribution application. Choose from numerous pre-configured combinations or design your own, with AMAXX the possibilities are endless.
