The Latest Power Quality Change - NEC 708

Power Quality is a new requirement for certain installations. COPS
(Critical Operations Power Supplies) as defined in the 2008 National
Electrical Code now require reliable power.
COPS systems are typically categorized by a governmental agency or a
facility engineering department as important to the national security,
the national economy, public health or public safety. Some examples are
911 call centers and important data centers.
