Lighting the Production Floor
Retrofitting a production floor in a facility with up to 32 foot high ceilings that is already lit by traditional T8s with high output T8s offers many advantages, including uniform light with less shadows and less glare, higher efficiency/energy savings, and higher lumen maintenance and color rendering ability than metal halide lighting, as well as instant on and re-strike. T8s are easily and inexpensively switched and are amicable to use with occupancy sensors and photocells.

T5 Fluorescent Fulfills Promise
After 2 years, T5 fluorescent lamps have fulfilled many of their early promises. T5s can be found providing intense lighting from coves, undercabinet fixtures, indirect pendants, recessed indirects, architectural niches, and display cases.
