ElectricSmarts Network Opens YouTube Channel

The ElectricSmarts Network announces the creation of the ElectricSmarts channel on YouTube. Visitors to that popular Internet site can now experience the spectrum of audio-visual media that ElectricSmarts has developed.

According to Bill Floyd of ElectricSmarts, “Our venture with YouTube is a natural extension of ElectricSmarts’ ongoing effort to effectively deliver manufacturers’ messages whenever and wherever they are most useful to the end user.”

This ElectricSmarts’ announcement comes on the heels of the Network’s announcement earlier this year that their Network Manufacturer-Partner Videos and selective eLearning Modules would be made available on iPods. Individuals visiting ElectricSmarts, or any of their distributor partners, are able to click the orange iPod button, open iTunes and download as Video Podcasts the latest Manufacturer Product Video Demos, topical Brain Bank Web TV Interviews, Trade-Show-To-Go Presentations and more.

Accessing content on YouTube is just as simple and easy. YouTube channel visitors enter “ElectricSmarts” in the search function at YouTube (www.youtube.com). Once that’s done, they will experience the complete offering of product and educational presentations from a variety of sources including Wiremold, Hubbell Wiring Devices, FCI Burndy, IDEAL, Graybar, and more.

Floyd adds that the YouTube announcement serves as an example of “ElectricSmarts’ ability to harness the power of an exploding electronic media. The YouTube channel, combined with ElecticSmarts' other efforts, delivers manufacturer’s messages at a fraction of the cost of traditional print communications.”
