Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems is excited to announce a new charging solution: Weather Resistant USB Charging Receptacles.  After introducing the first 5-Amp USB receptacles in the industry, Hubbell has expanded upon its design to bring even more charging capabilities.  Now, being outdoors no longer means worrying about finding a charging source. The Weather Resistant USB Charging Receptacle offers a safe and reliable solution, conveniently expanding device charging to the outdoors.

Offered in Type A&C and Type-C, these receptacles comply with Section 406.9 of the National Electrical Code®, which safely expands charging capabilities to outdoor locations.  Whether it’s at a stadium, outdoor restaurant, amusement park, or a backyard patio, Hubbell’s new weather resistant line offers a safe, quick, and reliable way to charge portable electronics.

Continuing Hubbell’s legacy of high performance designs, this product is equipped with a number of performance features, including a high impact and UV resistant nylon construction, USB ports rated for 10,000 cycles, a corrosion resistant brass strap, and stainless steel termination and mounting screws.

Available in both 15- and 20-Amp, and six colors, Hubbell’s Weather Resistant USB Charging Receptacles complement nearly any decor.
