Nashville, Tenn.--- Collaborating with Anderson Design Studio in Nashville, 2nd Ave Lighting has created an exquisite, elaborate chandelier for the Leasing Office of the Cumberland on Church, an apartment complex with condos located on the top floors. The building used to be the old Tennessee Theatre. Anderson Design renovated the entire building several years ago but recently renovated the retail space off the street to become the new Leasing Office.
According to Katie Stix, NCIDQ Design Director, for Anderson Design Studio, “I saw the chandelier installed in the facility and it looks awesome! Our inspiration was to highlight the building’s history. We wanted to play up the exposed marque bulb look from the original façade and pay homage to the Art Deco design of the time.
“We’ve had a great experience with 2nd Ave Lighting,” Ms. Stix continued. “They are easy to work with, responsive and always produce a beautiful result.”
This massive, exquisite chandelier features petal shaped-arms with Ebony stained wood and Gold Metallic finishes while embracing 72 round Edison-styled LED bulbs. The interior hub embraces six large LED globes that deliver beautiful ambient illumination while paying tribute to the look of famed theaters during the post-World War II period.
The Anahata 78 Light Chandelier (253404) is featured in 2nd Ave Lighting’s American-made, American-designed, handmade Art Deco Lighting Collection and manufactured in Yorkville, NY. The fixture is UL and cUL listed for dry and damp locations.
