Electri-Flex Delivers a Comprehensive Line of High/Low-Temperature Flexible Liquidtight

Electri-Flex's High/Low-Temperature Liquatite® designed for demanding applications, offers exceptional performance in extreme temperatures. This specialty electrical conduit, available in both flexible metal and nonmetallic options, features UV stabilization, a corrosion-resistant plated steel core, and a flexible thermoplastic rubber jacket, and more.

Type AT is a flexible steel conduit constructed of a corrosion-resistant plated steel core and a flexible PVC jacket, that resists oils and mild acids. The UL-listed, CSA-Certified Type ATLA features a PVC jacket and galvanized steel core for flexibility at low temperatures and resistance to aging at elevated temperatures. ATLA is resistant to sunlight (UV) rays, oils, mild acids, and is flame retardant while maintaining high mechanical strength.

Type ATX features a corrosion-resistant plated steel core, jacketed with a halogen-free, and flexible thermoplastic rubber. This UV-stabilized conduit offers a flame rating of UL94-HB and a working temperature range of -60°C to 150°C intermittent to 165°C.

Types ATXSS and ATSS are stainless steel liquidtight flexible conduits designed for corrosive environments, featuring a 316L stainless steel core. With its PVC jacket, ATSS resists oils and mild acids and suits hot and cold conditions. Type ATXSS has a thermoplastic rubber jacket that is halogen-free, UV stabilized, with a UL94-HB flame rating, and operates in temperatures from -60°C to 150°C, intermittently up to 165°C.

For installations requiring continuous flexing, TYPE LNMP – a nonmetallic conduit with a -55°C to 105°C Dry/60°C Wet/70°C Oil temperature range. It’s UL and CSA-listed, featuring a flexible PVC jacket that resists oils, mild acids, sunlight, and is flame retardant.

Types EMS and EMCS are manufactured for RFI/EMI shielding, suitable for extreme temperatures (-55°C to 105°C). Both have a bronze core and a PVC jacket resistant to sunlight, oils, mild acids and are flame retardant. For enhanced shielding Type EMCS adds a tinned copper braid over its steel core.
