Appleton PCD2 Series is World's First NEMA 4X Rated Hazardous Location Photocell

Targeting offshore oil rigs, refineries and other industrial operations subject to extreme conditions, Appleton has introduced the new PCD2 Series, the world's first hazardous location photocontrol to carry the NEMA 4X rating for protection against corrosion, windblow dust and rain, splashing water, hose-directed water & more.

Appleton Unicode® 2 Pre-Configured, Pre-Drilled Control Stations

Appleton Unicode 2 control stations can now be ordered in nine of the most popular pre-configured designs directly from distribution center stock. Pre-drilled enclosures, pushbuttons, switches, LED pilot lights, and terminal blocks are also stocked for configuring custom control stations.

Appleton’s single, duplex or 90° Speedlock™ double snap connectors ground and secure MC, AC, MCI-A and flexible metal conduit to dry location enclosures and boxes. The patented design provides superior pullout protection, a 221°F rated insulated throat for maximum protection of wire insulation and allows contractors to install them in seconds without the use of tools.

SCP-X Power Supply

The SCP-X is a rugged power supply designed for use in extreme environments. The metal case reduces costs by eliminating separate enclosures. Quick change connectors simplify connectivity for distributed I/O devices on industrial machinery. This model provides 24 Vdc output with limited power to meet Class 2 requirements. Three models are now offered based on application.
