Hubbell Offers First cUL-Compliant Cord Reel
Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems is excited to announce that its GFCI Protected Double Duplex Receptacle Cord Reel is the first in the industry to be cUL compliant.

Featuring two 20-amp duplex receptacles and a manual-reset GFCI module with open neutral protection, the cord reel contains 45 feet of 12 AWG cable for greater current-carrying capacity.

A built-in, positive-latch mechanism allows the user to release the length of cable needed and maintain that cord length automatically, without excess slack getting in the way or causing potential hazards. The 5-foot plug-in power cord requires no electrical wiring.

Constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant steel, the GFCI Protected Double Duplex Receptacle Cord Reel can stand up to the hazards encountered on jobsites. Its black, impact-resistant portable outlet box adds another layer of protection.

“With a multi-position guide arm, you can easily route the cord to wherever you need it on a jobsite, bringing power straight to you,” says Benny Thomas, product manager for Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems.
